Jordan Daley & Trenton Nordenger, both seniors in Mrs. Jennifer Collier's Financial Algebra Class, finished 1st in the Stock Market Game and 6th overall in the state out of almost 2000 teams this fall! They are the fourth team at DHS to achieve 1st place in the past five semesters! They received medallions, $125, and a trophy for their efforts.
The Stock Market Game is an online simulation that engages students in grades 4-12 in the world of economics, investing, and personal finance. Each team gets $100,000 (in the simulation) to invest for 12 weeks.
Jordan and Trenton's portfolio made about 28% over that span!
