DQTV Interns Receive Check for their Work with KDQN

The KDQN crew, in partnership with the Arkansas Broadcasters Association, presented two $600 Internship Program checks to De Queen High School students Riley Smith and Kenley Martinez(not pictured), on Friday, November 17^that the DQTV studios. Smith and Martinez successfully completed the eight-week internship course and were a big help with the Leopards football game broadcasts on Number One Country 92.1 and on DQTV. Smith is now employed on a part-time basis with Bunyard Broadcasting, Inc. The KDQN crew also presented a $3000 check to the DQTV program from advertising revenue from the sponsors of Leopard Football broadcasts.
